Leroy Excavations was established in 1993 by Lance Godfrey, who continues as Director today. The company is based in Picton, NSW, and provides a wide range of civil construction services, including bulk and detailed excavation, civil works, demolition, and major water and sewer infrastructure projects.

We work with government departments, leading contractors, and property developers, and are known for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to specification, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

All operators are fully licensed and hold current competency and WHS certifications. Our team also includes qualified traffic control officers and personnel trained in overhead power awareness, confined space entry, rail safety (RISI/RIW), and First Aid.

Our skilled workforce operates under strict quality standards, with the majority of our personnel having been with the company for many years. This experience and long-term commitment ensure consistently high standards across all areas of civil works.

We have in place third party certification for Quality, OHS and Environmental Management Policies and Procedures forms the basis of our daily operations within the company and on all of our work sites.  

These procedures represent a significant investment by Leroy Excavations for our goal of zero Lost Time Injuries, which we have achieved over recent years.
